CONTEST GUIDELINES
32,831 prizes will be awarded, valued at $13,397,208.45 (including all taxes and freight). Only 377,000 tickets will be sold.
Contest guidelines prohibit the following individuals and all of their immediate family members residing in the same household from purchasing a ticket: Board members and employees of The Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation, Members of the UHN Board of Trustees and Executive Team, PMH executive team; Deloitte & Touche LLP partners and employees and members of licensed gaming suppliers providing services to this program.
Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor. Only tickets that have been paid for and/or have been verified as paid for are eligible to be entered for the respective draw(s). Tickets must be purchased and mailed in the province of Ontario.
♦ All tickets in a 3-pack or 5-pack must contain the same information.
The official ticket is a receipt of purchase. It is the responsibility of ticket purchasers to ensure that they receive their ticket(s), however, purchasers do not need their ticket(s) in hand in order to be included in the respective draw(s). No refunds will be issued after commencement of the draws. Ticket purchases are not tax deductible.
All inquiries, if any, regarding the “Chances of Winning” are to be made to the licensee prior to the purchase of ticket(s).
The liability of the licensee of this lottery shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket.
DRAW ORDER
The first draw will be for the VIP Prize. Only tickets purchased by Midnight, February 17 will qualify for the VIP draw. The second draw will be for the Bonus Prize. Only tickets purchased by Midnight, March 9, will qualify for the Bonus draw. The VIP and Bonus draws will take place on March 2 and March 21, 2012 respectively at 10:00am at the offices of Deloitte.
*In the event that all tickets are sold by the Early Bird deadline of Midnight, April 5, then all draws would begin on April 14 at 9:00am. The first draw would be for the Early Bird Prize. This would be followed by draws for all remaining prizes starting with the lowest valued prize to the top valued prizes. The top prize draws would be made April 19, 2012, live on CP24 between 6:00am and 6:00pm at 8 Thornhill Avenue, Thornhill, L4J 1J4.
** In the event tickets remain after the Early Bird deadline, then only the Early Bird Prize draw would be made on April 19, 2012, on CP24 Breakfast between 5:30am and 9:00am at 299 Queen Street. W., Toronto, M5V 2Z5. The final deadline for ticket sales is Midnight, April 19. The remaining draws would then begin on April 27 at 9:00am starting with the lowest valued prize and concluding with the top valued prizes. The top prize draws would be made on May 2, 2012, live on CP24 between 6:00am and 6:00pm at 8 Thornhill Avenue, Thornhill, L4J 1J4.
After each draw, the winner is recorded and the ticket number then goes back for the next draw. Tickets purchased before the VIP Prize deadline will be eligible for all 32,831 draws. Tickets purchased after the VIP Prize deadline but before the Bonus Prize deadline will be eligible for the remaining 32,830 draws. Tickets purchased after the Bonus Prize deadline but before the Early Bird deadline will be eligible for 32,829 draws. Tickets purchased after the Early Bird deadline will be eligible for the remaining 32,828 draws.
All draws, with the exception of those made on television, will be made at the offices of Deloitte, Suite 1700, 5140 Yonge St., North York, M2N 6L7. All inquiries regarding prize draw procedures are to be directed to 1-800-542-8813.
PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION
Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated. All winners will be notified in writing as to what they have won and where to claim their prizes. Major prize winners will be published in the Toronto Star and a complete list of winners will be posted online at HelpConquerCancer.ca. If all draws are completed on April 19, 2012, winners will be published on Thursday, April 26, 2012. If all draws are completed on May 2, 2012, winners will be published on Thursday, May 10, 2012. PRIZE CLAIM
The Audi R8 Spyder must be accepted as awarded. Winners of other vehicle prizes must choose one of two vehicles offered per draw or take a cash alternative as follows♦♦:

Vehicles are awarded free of any hidden costs. It shall be the responsibility of a winner to license and insure vehicles from the time of their ownership. When applicable, ownership papers must be registered within one month of the prize being awarded or substantial completion of The Princess Margaret Home Lottery 2012. Vacation prizes will be awarded as cheques payable to the primary ticketholder for the value of the trip as described in the lottery brochure at the time of printing. The prize winner may contact the prize supplier to make travel arrangements should they wish to take the trip as described. There is no requirement that vacation prize funds be used towards a travel purchase.
††Approximate retail value as of date contracts were negotiated with suppliers. Due to housing market fluctuations, the market value of the real estate prizes may rise or diminish over time. Winner or charity is not entitled to the difference, if any, between the stated and actual market value at the time the prize is awarded. Prize values include taxes and freight, where applicable.
Prize winners are asked to claim prizes in a timely manner following notification. Any prizes which are not claimed shall be secured for a period of one year from the date of the draw. Unclaimed prizes will be reported and a charitable allocation will be approved by the licensing body.

Personal information collected will be used to fulfill ticket orders, provide information on our future lotteries, contact prize winners, and publicize the names of prize winners.
