Only 325,000 tickets will be sold. Tickets are $100 each or a 3-Pack♦ for $250 or 5-Pack♦ for $375. Guidelines for purchasing a 3-Pack or 5-Pack are as follows:
- Only ONE method of payment.
- Only ONE mailing address.
- Only ONE envelope will be mailed containing all THREE or FIVE ticket numbers.
- Up to THREE names may be recorded on a ticket.
♦All tickets in a 3-pack or 5-pack must contain the same information.
The official ticket is a receipt of purchase. It is the responsibility of ticket purchasers to ensure that they receive their ticket/s; however, purchasers do not need their ticket/s in hand in order to be included in the respective draw(s). No refunds will be issued after commencement of the draws.
Ticket purchases are not tax deductible.
The first draw will be for the VIP Prize. Only tickets purchased by midnight, September 14 will qualify for the VIP Draw. The second draw will be for the Bonus Prize. Only tickets purchased by midnight, October 4 will qualify for the Bonus Draw. The VIP and Bonus draws will take place on September 25 and October 16 respectively at 10:00am at the offices of Deloitte.
*In the event that all tickets are sold by the Early Bird deadline of midnight, November 1, then all draws would begin on November 9 at 8:00 a.m. The first draw would be for the Early Bird Prize. This would be followed by draws for all remaining prizes, starting with the lowest valued prize and concluding with the Grand Prizes. The top valued prize draws would be made November 15, 2012, live on CP24 between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. at 220 Pinehurst Drive, Oakville, L6J 4X1.
**In the event that tickets remain after the Early Bird deadline, then only the Early Bird draw would be made on November 15 live on CP24 Breakfast between 5:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. at 299 Queen St W. Toronto, M5V 2Z5. The final deadline for ticket sales is midnight, November 15. The remaining draws would then begin on November 23 at 8:00 a.m. starting with the lowest valued prize and concluding with the Grand Prizes. The top valued prize draws would be made November 29, 2012, live on CP24 between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. at 220 Pinehurst Drive, Oakville, L6J 4X1.
After each draw, the winner is recorded and the ticket number then goes back for the next draw. Tickets purchased before the VIP Prize Deadline will be eligible for all 16,671 prize draws. Tickets purchased after the VIP Prize Deadline but before the Bonus Prize Deadline will be eligible for 16,670 prize draws. Tickets purchased after the Bonus Prize deadline but before the Early Bird ticket sales deadline will be eligible for 16,669 prize draws. Tickets purchased after the Early Bird ticket sales deadline will be eligible for the remaining 16,668 prize draws. All draws, with the exception of those made on television, will be made at the offices of Deloitte & Touche LLP, 5140 Yonge St. Suite 1700, North York, M2N 6L7.

Contest guidelines prohibit the following individuals and all of their immediate family members residing in the same household from purchasing a ticket: Board members and employees of The Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation, Members of the UHN Board of Trustees and Executive Team, PMH Executive Team; employees of Deloitte and members of other licensed gaming suppliers providing services to this program.
Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor. Only tickets that have been paid for and/or have been verified as paid for are eligible to be entered for the respective draw(s). Tickets must be purchased in the province of Ontario. The liability of the licensee of this lottery shall be limited to the purchase price of ticket (s). All inquiries, if any, regarding the “Chances of Winning” are to be made to the licensee prior to the purchase of ticket(s).
16,671 prizes valued at $8,789,076.74 (including all taxes and freight) will be awarded.
Prizes will be awarded to the individual(s) named on the official ticket. Prize notification letters are addressed to the primary ticketholder. It is the responsibility of the primary ticketholder to allocate the prize if necessary.
Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated.
Prize values stated are retail at time of tender and include taxes and freight, where applicable.
The following vehicle prize must be accepted as awarded: the 2013 Ferrari 458 Italia.
Winners of other vehicle prizes must choose one of two vehicles offered per draw or take a cash alternative.

Vehicles are awarded free of any hidden costs. It shall be the responsibility of a winner to license and insure vehicles from the time of their ownership. When applicable, ownership papers must be registered within one month of the prize being awarded or substantial completion of The Princess Margaret Cancer Centre Welcome Home Sweepstakes 2012.
Vacation prizes will be awarded as cheques payable to the primary ticketholder for the value of the trip as described in the lottery brochure at the time of printing. The prize winner may contact the prize supplier to make travel arrangements should they wish to take the trip as described. There is no requirement that vacation prize funds be used towards a travel purchase.
Prize winners are asked to claim prizes in a timely manner following notification. Any prizes which are not claimed shall be secured for a period of one year from the date of the draw. Unclaimed prizes will be reported and a charitable allocation will be approved by the licensing body.
Prize Winner Notification
All winners will be notified in writing as to what they have won and where to claim their prizes. Major prize winners will be published in the Toronto Star and a complete list of winners will be posted online at HelpConquerCancer.ca. If all draws are completed on November 15, 2012, winners will be published on Thursday, November 22, 2012. If all draws are completed on November 29, 2012, winners will be published on Thursday December 6, 2012. A printed list of winners is available upon request. Winners consent to the use of their name and photograph by the licensee for publicity purposes.
